Security

ClearVerse Research LLC approaches security as an ongoing responsibility and takes reasonable steps to protect customer data and operate the platform responsibly.

Security

This page provides a high-level overview of how ClearVerse thinks about security and data protection. It is intended to describe our current approach in a practical and transparent way.

1. Security Overview

ClearVerse is committed to protecting customer data and building secure systems responsibly.

ClearVerse is an early-stage company, and our security program continues to evolve over time as the platform, customer base, and operational requirements grow.

2. Infrastructure and Hosting

ClearVerse services may be hosted using reputable cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS.

ClearVerse’s primary operations are based in the United States.

We keep infrastructure descriptions at a high level and do not publish sensitive implementation details that could increase security risk.

3. Access Controls

Access to systems and data is limited to authorized personnel who need that access to operate, support, secure, or improve the service.

ClearVerse aims to apply access restrictions using a least-privilege approach in plain terms: access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for a given role or task.

4. Data Protection

ClearVerse uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data.

This includes general measures such as using encryption in transit, including HTTPS/TLS, where appropriate.

ClearVerse does not sell customer data.

No method of transmission, storage, or processing is fully secure, and ClearVerse does not guarantee absolute security.

5. Uploaded Content

Uploaded audio, media, metadata, and related content are processed to provide the ClearVerse service, including copyright-risk analysis and related outputs.

ClearVerse takes reasonable steps to protect uploaded content in connection with providing the service.

Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload content to the platform.

6. Monitoring and Maintenance

ClearVerse works to maintain and improve the security and reliability of the platform over time.

This may include general operational practices such as logging, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing improvements to platform reliability and security posture.

7. Responsible Disclosure

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability affecting ClearVerse, please report it to:

hello@clearverse.ai

Please include enough detail to help us understand and reproduce the issue. We appreciate good-faith reports and will review them as reasonably practicable.

Please do not attempt to exploit any vulnerability or access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.

8. Certifications and Compliance

ClearVerse does not currently claim formal third-party security certifications unless and until those certifications are completed.
